Do I need my own domain name?
No. A domain name is included in your £39 a month. If you already own one, I can use that instead, whichever you prefer.
How long until my website is live?
Once you've filled in the short form, I build your site and send you the link to look at within 2 working days. When you're happy with it, it goes live.
Do I need to be good with technology?
Not at all. The whole point is that it's done for you. You fill in a simple form with your details, prices and a few photos, and I handle the building, the domain, the hosting and the updates.
What if I want changes later?
Your £39 a month includes up to 20 minutes of content updates each month, carried out within 3 working days. Just send them through a simple form. Unused minutes don't roll over.
Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel any time. There's no long contract and no setup fee. If you stop your subscription, the site is simply switched off.
